3. Orders and Payments

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email acknowledgment. This does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

• Payment authorization failure
• Suspected fraud
• Pricing or stock inaccuracies

3.2 Payment Terms

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We accept major payment methods via secure gateways. Orders will not ship until full payment has been received.

4. Custom Orders

Custom furniture orders require a non-refundable deposit at the time of order.

Lead times and design approvals will be confirmed before production begins.

Once approved, changes or cancellations may not be possible without additional fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping

We ship nationwide using reputable carriers. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for custom pieces.

Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

5.2 Inspection and Damages

Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately.

If you notice visible damage, note it with the carrier before signing and contact us within 48 hours at Nilogfurn@Gmail.com with photos of the issue.

5.3 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary due to location, carrier delays, or production schedules.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because each product is handcrafted to order, all sales are final.

However, we stand by our workmanship. If you receive a product with a structural defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for review.

We may repair or replace the defective piece at our discretion, in line with our warranty policy.

7. Warranty

All North Idaho Log Furniture products include a limited structural warranty covering craftsmanship and materials under normal residential use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Natural variations in wood grain or color
• Damage due to misuse, neglect, or environmental conditions
• Normal wear and tear

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting photographs to Nilogfurn@Gmail.com.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, designs, logos, and written material, is the intellectual property of North Idaho Log Furniture and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
